Fourth of July x Legally Blonde and Brunette (Part 2)

When the sun goes down and you've been drinking champagne on a boat all day, where does one watch fireworks? Well, on the beach of course! These looks are appropriate for when you're invited to a fun 4th of July cocktail party. Shelley and I decided to leave the party here and light some fireworks on the beach. I absolutely loved wearing this For Love and Lemons dress. Such a cute look for any party, including a Holiday one! Such a fun night to be had. Happy Fourth of July!!! Fourth of July x Legally Blonde and Brunette

Happy Summer!!!! I'm super excited about the next few posts which are going to be dedicated entirely to Fourth of July fashion. I've teamed up with a great friend of mine, Shelley Buckner of Legally Blonde and Brunette .

Basically this shoot was no fun at all ;). The whole idea was to actually reenact what an epic 4th of July would be like- from drinking Moet on a sailboat to playing with fireworks on the beach! For clothes we (obviously) kept to a red, white, and blue theme and wanted it to be actual looks we would wear while lounging on a boat, playing on a dock, or going to a BBQ. While I live on the beach, 4th of July has always been one of my favorite holidays and is always the welcoming of Summer. We had a really good time shooting this and putting tons of fun patriotic looks together for you. I hope my 4th of July is ACTUALLY as fun as this shoot was! Thanks Shelley for being a part of it and can't wait to share the rest of the looks from Part 2 with you tomorrow!
